Galactic Spinel

The first gem to have been discovered here, it caused many of the miners and geologists on site to scratch their heads over what it was; a sapphire? Amethyst? Rubellite? A weird fusion of all three? After closer examination in the (at the time) off site lab, turns out this tri colored stone, based on its cubic gem structure, magnesium/aluminum elemental makeup, and 8.0 Mos harness score, was a spinel. This eye cathing original is well suited for those with a sence of diversity in style and life as well as for anyone with an aprciation for colors on the cooler side of the spectrum.
